Logged 2 miles yesterday! Millie and I are meeting at 7pm this evening to tackle some of the closed section of 997.

I see it happening once again, some casual runners catching the bug and will end up running more than they ever dreamed they would! ::))) Compare yourself with yourself, looking at your progress over weeks and you will be encouraged. We all started slow, some very slow, and progressed from there!

You will receive lots of “atta girls” and encouragement from CFAR. Don’t mistaken it for pressure to perform. Listen to your heart and your body and together, we are all healthier. As we say, “Run2live4life”!
