Running a marathon or an ultra this fall?

If so, your training plan probably calls for an 18-mile training run on or about Sept 17, 2011.

You could run that same old route, or you could run CFAR’s 2nd annual “30K Gut Check” proudly sponsored by Advanced Chiropractic, Foot & Ankle Care, PC.

What is CFAR’s “30K Gut Check”?  It’s a challenging 18.6-mile loop course (subject to change) through historic Waynesboro, PA, incorporating flat, rolling and hill terrain.

Hoping for a PR or a BQ, but not sure if you’re ready?  Why guess?  Run CFAR’s “30K Gut Check” and know for certain.

Maybe you’ve mastered the 5K, 10K and half-marathon, but aren’t quite ready for the full marathon or ultra.  CFAR’s “30K Gut Check” is the perfect stepping stone for you.  Or perhaps you’re drawn to the long sprint better known as the 10K.  Form a team of 3 runners, and each run 10K.

Start and Finish in Waynesboro’s Historic Center Square, chip timed bySpectaSport, 3 on-site emergency responder stations, 9 water stations, long-sleeve “technical” event shirts, finisher medals, cash awards, post-event eats and drinks - what more could you ask for?

So what’s it going to be?  That same old 18-miler, or CFAR’s 2nd annual “30K Gut Check”?  Register today!
